Supervisors play a vital role as middle-management staff in mobilizing human and material resources towards attaining corporate goals and objectives. It is therefore, expedient to empower them with essential managerial skills at that level for greater productivity and efficiency.

THE NEED

Supervisors straddle the management cadre and the junior staffs. A few of them; who are very good should be available to make the transition to the senior cadre.
